These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and the products and services offered by Let s conceive (doing business as “Let’s Conceive”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including consultations, programmes, workshops/webinars, digital courses, downloadable resources, messaging/support, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Website or Services, or by purchasing any programme/course/consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3) Acceptance of Electronic Records

You agree that these Terms, related policies, invoices, confirmations, and communications may be provided electronically and will have the same legal effect as physical documents.

4) Scope of Services

Let’s Conceive provides wellness and lifestyle education and guidance, which may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle routines, yoga/pranayama guidance, stress-management practices, habit coaching, and programme-based support.

The Services are educational and wellness-focused. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5) Medical Disclaimer (Important)

  1. No medical advice: The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

  2. No doctor–patient relationship: Using the Services does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

  3. Consult your physician: Always consult a qualified doctor before starting or changing diet, supplements, yoga/pranayama, exercise, or fertility-related routines—especially if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant, or are undergoing fertility treatment (IUI/IVF).

  4. Emergency: We do not provide emergency services. If you have urgent symptoms, seek immediate medical care.

  5. No guarantee: Results vary. We do not guarantee conception, pregnancy, or any specific outcomes.

6) User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

  • Follow safety guidance and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, breathlessness, or discomfort.

  • Inform our team about medications, major treatment changes (including IVF/IUI cycles), new diagnoses, or restrictions advised by your doctor.

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit our content/materials.

If you provide information about your spouse/partner, you confirm you have authority/permission to share it.

7) Accounts, Device Security, and App Use (if applicable)

If you access Services via a device or app (if any), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and accounts.

You should not jailbreak or root your phone, as it may reduce security and cause the app/Services to malfunction.

8) Connectivity, Data Charges, and Availability

Some features require an internet connection. We are not responsible for reduced functionality due to network issues, limited data, roaming charges, device issues, or power/battery constraints.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services at any time.

9) Bookings, Scheduling, and Communications

We may deliver Services through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, emails, and other online channels.

CRM & automation: We use Synamate (a GoHighLevel sub-account CRM) to manage leads, bookings, reminders, automation, and support workflows.

WhatsApp/email/SMS: By sharing your contact details and engaging with us, you consent to receiving Service-related communications (including reminders, onboarding, and support). You can opt out of marketing communications anytime; however, essential service messages may still be sent when needed to deliver Services.

10) Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

  • Prices and deliverables are as shown on the checkout page, invoice, or written confirmation.

  • Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

  • We do not store full card details. Payment processors may apply their own terms.

  • Taxes (if applicable) will be as indicated on checkout/invoice

11) Refund Policy (Incorporated by Reference)

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy & 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee (the “Refund Policy”). The Refund Policy is part of these Terms and applies to all purchases.

A) Updates

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. You should review it periodically. The latest version published will apply at the time you raise a refund request.

B) How to raise a refund request

All refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] with subject Refund Request.

If your order has been processed, your email must include:

a Google Drive folder link containing all required proof photos/screenshots, and

confirmation that you watched all required guidance videos assigned to you (we may verify using internal logs/tracker records).

Drive access requirement: The Drive folder must be shared with Viewer access so our team can open it. Inaccessible or incomplete links will be treated as an incomplete request.

C) Definition of “Processing”

Your order is considered processed once any of the following occurs (whichever happens first):

Onboarding is initiated/completed, and/or

Access to courses/programme portal/trackers/community/materials is granted, and/or

Any personalised plan/routine/deliverables are shared.

D) Refund before Processing (Pre-start)

You may request a refund only if the request is raised before Processing begins.

Decision time: within 15 working days of receiving a complete request.

Refund time after approval: within 7 days.

E) 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee (Post-Processing)

If your order has been processed, a refund will be considered only under this guarantee.

1) Meaning of “Improvement in Health”

“Improvement” means improvement in the health problems identified during your onboarding call—where we confirm the root causes we will work on so your body moves from fight-and-flight mode to a safe-to-conceive mode (as recorded in onboarding notes/tracker).

2) 95% compliance for 6 months (mandatory)

To qualify, you must follow the programme with 95%+ compliance for a continuous period of 6 months, including:

  • Diet plan (including daily meals as prescribed),

  • Walking/steps proof (iPhone Health / Google Fit / wearable screenshots),

  • Yoga practice proof (including watching required yoga videos),

  • Special techniques including walking, acupressure, and reflexology as instructed,

  • Detox juices and other routines instructed,

  • Therapy sessions: minimum 6 sessions, with minimum gap of 15 days between sessions, and at least one session per month.

If you are sick and cannot follow the routine:

  • those days will be excluded from compliance counting,

  • the 6-month timeline will extend by the same number of days,

  • doctor’s certificate/prescription is mandatory.

4) Monthly ovulation tracking

You must submit ovulation tracking information every month as instructed.

5) Truthfulness / anti-fabrication

All proof must be true and unedited. Any proof that is fabricated, edited, AI-generated, or manipulated disqualifies the refund request.

Daily proof submission: Required proofs must be shared by end of day as instructed.

Example: If, across 6 months, the required proof count equals 1,000 items, you must submit at least 95% = 950 items.

F) Exclusions

Refund will not apply if:

  • daily proofs are not shared by end of day as instructed,

  • minimum therapy requirement is not met,

  • core components are not followed (diet, yoga, special techniques, walking, acupressure, reflexology),

  • medication/major treatment changes are not disclosed promptly,

  • false/edited/AI-generated/fabricated data is submitted,

  • Drive link is inaccessible/incomplete,

  • repeated non-responsiveness prevents programme delivery.

G) Claim window

Refund request under the guarantee must be raised within 7 days after completing the eligible 6-month period (excluding medically certified sick days).

H) Decision and refund timelines

  • Decision: within 15 working days after receiving a complete request.

  • Refund processing after approval: within 7 days.

I) Refund method and charges

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Currency conversion and bank/gateway charges may apply and are not controlled by us.

J) If all conditions are met

If all conditions are met and verified, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the amount paid. The decision will be communicated with reasons.

One-time rule: Refund can be requested only once per person/transaction.

K) Taxes / gateway fees

Where permitted by law, taxes and non-refundable payment gateway charges may be excluded from the refund amount.

L) Digital content acknowledgement (recommended)

Where immediate access to digital content is provided, you may be required to acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected where applicable.

12) Intellectual Property (IP)

All Website/app content, programme materials, videos, PDFs, scripts, designs, branding, logos, and other materials are owned by Let’s Conceive or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share logins/access, record sessions without permission, or create derivative works.

13) User Content and Testimonials

If you submit testimonials, reviews, feedback, images, or content, you grant Let’s Conceive permission to use it for operational and marketing purposes only with appropriate consent and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request removal of published testimonials by contacting us.

14) Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • violate any law or third-party rights,

  • attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption,

  • upload malware/viruses,

  • harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate,

  • misuse, resell, or redistribute our content.

15) Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use personal data and tracking technologies (including Meta Pixel where enabled). By using the Services, you acknowledge these policies.

16) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (payment gateways, CRM/automation, messaging platforms, analytics/advertising tools). Their terms and policies may apply.

17) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Let’s Conceive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits/data/goodwill).

  • If liability is found, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower (unless prohibited by law).

19) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Conceive, its founders, team members, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

20) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (including network outages, platform downtime, natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, or emergencies).

21) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your conduct creates legal, security, or operational risk. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services end and you must stop using the Services and materials.

22) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, courts at Amravati, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.

23) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
