Payment status, transaction references, invoices/receipts and billing details as needed. We do not store full card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay and/or other payment partners you choose to use at checkout.
Emails, WhatsApp messages, call/chat records, and your queries. We may maintain these for service delivery, training, quality assurance, dispute handling, and compliance.
IP address, device/browser information, approximate location (derived from IP), pages visited, time spent, links clicked, and similar website usage data.
If you provide details about your spouse/partner (e.g., as part of a couple assessment), you confirm you have authority to share that information and to allow us to use it as described in this Policy.

• WhatsApp API: to communicate with you (e.g., reminders, follow-ups, support). Messages may be processed and stored by WhatsApp and our approved service providers as needed for delivery and compliance.
• Razorpay: for payment processing and transaction confirmations.
• Meta Pixel: for advertising performance measurement, conversion tracking, and retargeting (where enabled).
These providers may process data on our behalf under contractual and security obligations.
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
• enable website functionality,
• remember preferences,
• understand traffic and usage,
• improve marketing performance.
