Depending on your applicable law and location, we act as the data fiduciary or controller for personal data processed through our Services.
Scope
This Policy applies to personal data processed through:

- Lead forms, assessments, quizzes, scorecards, and appointment bookings
- Consultations and programmes (online and offline)
- Communications via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social channels

If you provide details about your spouse or partner as part of a couple assessment, you confirm you have authority to share that information and to allow us to use it as described in this Policy.
