At Let’s Conceive, we support your fertility and overall well-being using a structured, root-cause approach through nutrition, lifestyle, yoga, stress management, and personalised guidance. We also believe in being completely transparent about what our services are—and what they are not.

This Medical Disclaimer is designed to protect you and help you feel confident and informed while working with us.

1) Our Services Are Wellness & Education-Based

Let’s Conceive provides wellness education, lifestyle coaching, and supportive guidance. This may include (as applicable):

  • nutrition and dietary guidance,

  • lifestyle routines and habit coaching,

  • yoga/pranayama guidance and movement practices,

  • stress management and emotional well-being support,

  • fertility-focused education and tracking support,

  • programme-based tools, checklists, trackers, and resources.

Our goal is to help improve internal conditions that support reproductive health—in a safe, structured, and personalised way.

2) We Also Have a Gynaecologist in Our Team (Clinical Support)

To strengthen the quality and safety of care, Let’s Conceive has a gynaecologist (OB-GYN) as part of our team.

  • If you book a gynaecologist consultation through Let’s Conceive, that session is provided by a qualified medical professional, and the gynaecologist is responsible for the medical/clinical advice provided during that consultation, within the scope of their professional practice and applicable laws.

  • Our non-medical services (nutrition, lifestyle, yoga/pranayama, coaching, education) remain wellness-focused and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Important: Gynaecologist consultations are not emergency services. For urgent symptoms or emergencies, seek immediate medical care.

3) Medical Advice vs. Educational Guidance

The information shared on our website, forms, programmes, WhatsApp support, videos, PDFs, webinars, and general content is for educational and informational purposes and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

Only a direct medical consultation with our gynaecologist (where booked) is intended to provide clinical guidance.

4) Always Consult Your Doctor

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before:

  • starting or changing any diet plan,

  • beginning supplements/herbs,

  • starting yoga/pranayama or exercise routines,

  • making changes during IVF/IUI/medications,

  • making changes during pregnancy or postpartum,

  • if you have any chronic illness (thyroid, diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune conditions, etc.).

If you are under medical care, we encourage you to keep your primary doctor informed while you work with us.

5) No Emergency Services

Let’s Conceive is not an emergency provider. If you have urgent symptoms such as severe pain, heavy bleeding, fainting, breathlessness, chest pain, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency situation, contact local emergency services immediately.

6) Results Vary — No Guarantee of Outcome

Every body is different. Fertility outcomes depend on many factors—medical, hormonal, genetic, lifestyle, age-related, and partner-related—many of which may be outside anyone’s control.

Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee pregnancy, conception, ovulation, improved lab values, or specific timelines.

  • We do not claim that our services can replace medical treatment where needed.

What we do promise is a structured support system with clear guidance, practical routines, accountability, and a root-cause focused approach.

7) Safety First: Stop If You Feel Unwell

If you experience discomfort, dizziness, pain, breathlessness, unusual bleeding, weakness, or any concerning symptoms while following any routine:

  1. stop immediately, and

  2. seek medical help from a qualified healthcare provider.

8) Pregnancy, IVF/IUI, and High-Risk Cases

If you are pregnant, suspect pregnancy, undergoing IVF/IUI, or have been advised “high risk,” inform our team immediately. Certain routines may require modification and, where appropriate, medical clearance.

9) Supplements, Herbs, and Traditional Practices

Any wellness guidance (including herbs or supplements, if discussed) is shared for educational purposes. Supplements/herbs can interact with medications and may not be suitable for everyone.

Always consult your doctor before starting any supplement or herbal protocol.

10) Third-Party Content

We may refer to or share third-party research, content, or tools. We do not control third-party websites or content and are not responsible for their accuracy or policies.

11) Your Acknowledgement

By using our website, booking a call, or enrolling in any programme, you acknowledge that:

  • you have read and understood this Medical Disclaimer,

  • wellness guidance is not a replacement for medical treatment,

  • any booked gynaecologist consultation is the appropriate channel for clinical advice,

  • you remain responsible for your personal health decisions and will consult medical professionals when needed.
